30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@prepdstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@prepdstore.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged or defective item.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery

• Items not in their original condition or packaging

• Items returned without first contacting us for return instructions

Return Shipping

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund if the issue is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this window, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
